I want to make foldable wood furniture like IKEA but I can't design. Where can I find the designs?

One place you might look is the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office which can be researched online.

Look up design patents for furniture. I'm sure there is a category for foldable wood furniture. There should be hundreds (or thousands) of designs.

These should be used only as a guide. Unless the patent has expired you cannot do an exact copy.
Making an exact copy could involve you in a very expensive lawsuit.

You will also find many utility patents for foldable wood furniture. These are concerned with functionality rather than form.

If you are making the furniture only for yourself there is probably no problem with patents.

If you are planning to make and sell the products do your patent research first.
